Mr. Kitty has a wizened look that makes you think he might start talking in a British accent like a character in a C.S. Lewis story. And who knows? Perhaps he has; we can’t monitor him 24/7 and we don’t really know what goes on at the shelter overnight.
While our staff cannot testify to Mr. Kitty’s linguistic skills, they can tell you he’s a quiet old boy who would do well in a peaceful home without dogs or children. He tolerates other cats well enough, but like his fellow Undercat, Maddie, we get the impression Mr. Kitty would prefer to be an only cat.
Animal Ark is Mr. Kitty’s second shelter. He’d like his next move to be a permanent one. If you have room in your home and heart for a mature, quiet cat, we hope you’ll visit Animal Ark and ask to visit Mr. Kitty. And if he begins talking about “the Pevensie children,” don’t panic. Alert our staff and stay away from wardrobes.
